Larger, bulky and overly heavy items do not offer free shipping.
Shipping costs on large, bulky and heavy items can very greatly from one destination to another, therefore, we must pass the shipping cost onto the buyer.
Free shipping (Continental US Only) will be by one of the following methods:
USPS – First Class – Items up to 16 oz.
USPS – Priority Mail or
UPS Ground, depending on, size & shipping destination.
Typically USPS Priority Mail is 2 or 3 day delivery, First Class up to 5 days and UPS Ground varies due to distance, consider holidays and Sundays.
We take pride in our FAST shipping and make every effort to get your purchase to you quickly.
If you are considering one of the upgraded UPS options, consider time of day the order is placed and factor in weekends and holidays.
We ship out of Michigan.
All products offer upgraded shipping, you can choose USPS Priority (slightly faster than 1st class) or several UPS options such as Next Day Air.
We ship SAME or next business day, we ship 6 days a week USPS and 5 days a week UPS.
We make every effort to ship same day, if your order is placed and clears by noon EST. it will go same day USPS Monday through Saturday, and Monday through Friday if it is UPS. Exceptions being USPS and UPS holidays.
We ship to US addresses only through this web site.
The biggest issue we see customers having is with billing vs shipping address input.
The billing address must match exactly the billing address and name on the credit card used.
If that information varies from where you want your purchased shipped, there is a small box to click then enter the shipping address and name.
Default is the same billing and shipping address.
