A quality seal that really shows its performance in freezing weather. This seal remains soft and flexible, giving your door a proper seal down to -65F degrees.

This is a somewhat hard to find weather seal that was only used on new doors for a limited time.
You may want to consider replacing the bottom weather seal retainer on the door to accept the more common 1/4″ T style seals that are available in many different sizes and materials including special seals such as Super Seal and Rodent Proof Seal.

If you do opt to replace the retainer future seal replacement will be simple and as stated, you will have many options.
